(xx) (a) will get discharged by the Company as and when
they fall due.
In respect of other than ongoing projects, there
are no unspent amounts that are required to be
transferred to a fund specified in Schedule VII
of the Act, in compliance with second proviso
to sub section 5 of section 135 of the Act. This
matter has been disclosed in note 40 to the
accompanying financial statements.
(b) All amounts that are unspent under section
(5) of section 135 of the Act, pursuant to any
ongoing project, has been transferred to special
account in compliance of with provisions of sub
section (6) of section 135 of the said Act. This
matter has been disclosed in note 40 to the
accompanying financial statements.
