The company is committed to sustainable and inclusive development of the community’s social capital through
active engagement. Social surveys are organized through NGO partners to receive the grievances of community,
if any. CSR projects are identified and implemented in the following focus areas
Promote gender equality and empowering of women in engineering workforce.

• Social impact projects to collaborate with communities to provide innovative off-grid solutions to improve
